Copper laminated flexible shunts are made from electrolytic grade copper foil. The
copper foils are stacked together and by a special diffusion method solidified at
the contact areas. There is no filler metal used to form the solid portion and the
metal itself melts and forms homogeneous bonds. Thus, there is almost nil millivolt
drop in the connectors making it a perfect substitute of the solid busbar. The raw
material that is used to manufacture our copper laminated shunts products is LME
grade ‘A’ cathodes of purity greater than 99.99% copper resulting in higher
conductivity, crack free extrusion, excellent finish, and longer life. We are known
